Raphaël H Cohen is a serial entrepreneur, business angel, professor, and best-selling author recognized as one of the world's leading experts in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, employee engagement, and corporate governance.

Creator of the IpOp Model — a major source of inspiration for the ISO 56007 international standard on managing opportunities and ideas — he has coached more than 300 intrapreneurial projects and helped iconic organizations sharpen their innovation, agility, and engagement.

His work bridges rigorous pre-project analysis, fair and caring leadership, and the structural governance of psychological safety. From 2001 to 2021 he was Academic Director of the Entrepreneurial Leadership specialization of the EMBA at the University of Geneva, which named him Academic Fellow.
