Raphael Cohen was the Program Director and lead Consultant for our Microsoft program, MicroMBA. The purpose of the Microsoft Dynamics MicroMBA™ program was to provide high level management education to let participants develop a holistic approach to management. With the Microsoft Dynamics MicroMBA™ we aimed to provide business savvy to our PAM's and Top Talents by: ▪ Enabling PAMs transition to Business Trusted Partners.

As part of the MicroMBA, each group of participants was asked to identify an innovative project, and implement it in Microsoft for 6 to 9 months after the end of the sessions. Only after presenting this project they will get the Diploma. During this phase mentoring will be provided by the program director — Raphael Cohen- in the implementation to give participants a unique learning experience as well as the optimizing to use many of the skills taught in the MicroMBA. These projects must translate into concrete results benefiting the corporation (this creates a real return on the training investment for both the company and the participants). Raphael was a key player in securing Professors to teach each session. He worked closely with each subject expert to ensure content was relevant, timely, and challenging for the students. His passionate and professional approach to the MicroMBA program was a major reason for its success. Raphael went above and beyond his role to personally mentor every student in the class. I cannot thank him enough for the contributions he has made to our business through this program. We look forward to working with him in the future.
